- 船舶甲板除锈时，应充分利用机械除锈工具，可提高工作效率，并且又省力。除锈时先用机械除锈机除锈，根据锈的厚薄不同使用除锈器先敲一遍，再用手动敲锈锤将残留的锈敲净，然后用电动除锈刷或气动砂轮片，手动钢丝刷在敲过锈的钢铁面上刷一遍，使钢铁面露出光泽。最后将除锈面打扫干净，用棉纱头擦净锈尘。
